What is your refund policy?

We are committed to refunding your order amount or replacing the items as per your expectations, the way you want.

• A refund will be given only if the item is lost after dispatch, and only the item's cost will be refunded for all orders.

Our customized design services come with limited revisions, which means you will get what you want.
The order can be cancelled before the work has been scheduled.
Once our products are dispatched, we won’t be able to entertain refund requests.

You can exchange the item after the order returns to us, and exchange charges of 250/- rupees will be applicable in India only for any single or multiple items.
