RETURN/ EXCHANGE/ CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Exchange is only possible if you have received a damaged product and that depends on the type of product. 
  • Once an order is delivered in good and satisfactory condition we cannot offer any return/refund or cancellation.
  • We request the customer to be physically present at the time of delivery to check the items and if they have any queries in mind then our team will assist them with the time being.
  • In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded after deducting order processing charges will be applicable a minimum of 180 rupees.
  • After the delivery of the order, Tulsimala will not be responsible for any damage or theft, our responsibility ceases as soon as the products are delivered to the customer’s premises.
  • If the complaint made by you is superficial or baseless then Tulsimala.in will have the right to take legal action against you and you will be solely liable for all the costs incurred.
  • For returning any products you should comply with the mentioned conditions below:
    • Customers need to be informed of a damaged/defective product at the time of delivery. Failing to which Tulsimala.in will not be held liable for the replacement of the order.
    • Products should be unused and the original packing should be the same along with the original price tags, bar codes, invoice, etc.
    • The returned product will be verified by our Tulsimala.in team and if found that the claim is not legitimate or the complaint/ return is not lawful then the customer will be required to bear the shipping charges.
    • If the product can be replaced from our branch then we will get it repaired and send it back to you.
  • No cancellation will be entertained once you place an order with us, so be careful while placing an order.
